Scholarship
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority’s founding principles are Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. As a chapter, we are the gatekeepers of our first and most important founding principle SCHOLARSHIP, and we personify service, sisterhood and Finer Womanhood through our work. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Gamma Omicron Zeta Chapter has served the Essex County New Jersey area for over sixty years, awarding scholarships to deserving young women pursuing their goal of obtaining a college education.
Each year we host and support a number of events to raise funds. We also will sponsor college fairs and other seminars at high schools in the Essex County area. Please support us, as we carry out the mission of our current International President and our Chapter President as we build on the principles of Zeta while blazing new paths.

Meet Our 2nd Vice President
She proudly serves Gamma Omicron Zeta Chapter as the 2nd Vice President and Chair of the Scholarship Committee. Samantha Saint-Germain is an East Orange native. Professionally, she works in HR and has a background in recruiting, talent acquisition, early career program development and educational access. Samantha is committed to working with young people as they transition to and through high school and college, into an ever-changing workforce.
